We are an online store only, You can place orders any time of the day or night and seven day a week.  We aim to replay to messages and emails within 24 hours. Weekends and bank holidays may be slightly longer.

Through our online shop, choose your item (Mug, Tumbler or other) choose your options for. Your item ( add personalisation or message). if you would like to order more than one of the same item add quantity required. if you want to buy  other items click continue shopping add all items to basket. After you finish shopping click on checkout and follow the on screen instructions. and checkout. We will contact you with confirmation that we have received your order and payment cleared.  

 We post all orders with Evri Tracked delivery. We aim to process and dispatch orders within 24 hours (This can be longer during busy times throughout the year. We will keep you updated throughout the process of your order. Once we have a tracking number we will send this to you so you can track the progress of your order.

For bulk orders please contact us first through email or message. We are more than happy to discuss your order and help you fulfil your requirements.

You can only return non-personalised items, All items that are personalised can not be returned. We do contact you first with all orders to make sure you are happy with everything, at this point you are able to change any of the details, Once you confirm you are happy we will then process the next steps and ship your order within 24 hours of confirmation. You (The buyer) is responsible for return postage.
