We can only accept returns for non-personalised items
We regret we can not accept returns on personalised items.
All returns must be returned within seven days of receiving your order, Please contact us right away if you wish to return your order or part of.
You (The Customer) are responsible for return postage.
Refunds will be issued in full the same day we receive your order back to us.
We will not issue refunds if the items come back used in anyway.
All returned items should be returned to us in their original package, unused, unwashed,.

We will accept returns on all orders including personalised if there is a fault due to us (Mug Creations) before your order is sent. You must contact us right away when you receive your order. We will offer you a full refund or exchange.
