Mug Creations will not use your information or any photos with any third party outside of Mug Creations .
Only staff within Mug Creations will have access to your personal information only for dealing with your order.
All information will be securely destroyed within 7 days from start of order placed, this is incase we have to refer back to your order.
Mug Creations will only ask for payment during checkout to complete sale of goods.
Mug Creations will never ask you for personal information such as passwords, bank details,
Mug Creations will never pass your personal information on to any third party.

Return and Refund Policy

You Can return items which haven’t had any personalisation, they must be returned unused, unopened, in original packaging.
All non personalised items must be returned within seven days of receipt of your order. providing the return meets the returns agreement we will issue you a full refund of the original payment cost including any postage you paid at checkout when you placed your order. (This will not include the return postage which the customer is responsible for)
You must contact us right away if you intend to return non personalised items.
You( The Customer) are responsible for returning postage.
We do not offer returns to any personalised items. Unless there is a fault on our part (Mug Creations.)
We print messages and names/text as you send to us as time of your order we are not responsible for misspelled spelling.No refunds are given for this.
We are always happy to discuss issues raised and refunds.
