Mug Creations sells a variety of gifts including ceramics, MDF, slate, glass, fabric.
Sorry we do not offer a gift wrapping service at this time.

If you change your mind for what ever reason Mug Creations will offer you a full refund if you contact us within 24 hours of order been placed. However If we have printed your order and you have requested personalisation unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds. All non-personalised items can be refunded.
For bulk orders of ten or more please contact us first through email or message. We are more than happy to discuss your order and help you fulfil your requirements.
Yes, If you see a design on an alternative item and you wish for it to be on a different one ( E.G you see the design on a tumbler but would like it on a mug ) contact us first let us know which one you would like to change and we can alter the design for you.
You can only return non-personalised items, All items that are personalised can not be returned. We do contact you first with all orders to make sure you are happy with everything, at this point you are able to change any of the details, Once you confirm you are happy we will then process the next steps and ship your order within 24 hours confirmation. You (The buyer) is responsible for return postage.
